Some people are very casual when it comes to signing papers that affect their finances for decades. But for those who recognize that small steps early in the game can affect major outcomes later, it’s fortunate that there are professionals who dedicate themselves to learning about the process and local market conditions, and who can turn a nightmare of stress and confusion into a relatively painless experience (let’s be honest).
We are an educated professional with a few years of experience in this market, and we think we’ve seen almost every trick and turn of the industry already. We’ve also had intimate experience with properties in most of these neighborhoods, making us an invaluable partners to talk to when it comes to relocation to or within this area. We’re confident that we can save you not only tens of thousands of dollars, but a great deal of time and emotional energy as well.
But we’re not simply a piece of hardware you can point at a house. We’re a human-being who laughs and smiles, and we’ll take the time to find out what you really need most from me as a professional real estate agent. If you would like to know anything about our services, or if you’d like to hear about the local market from a human voice, please contact Oksana or Rashid at your convenience.
Having been born in Bangladesh, I lived in Flatbush and grew up in the Kensington area of Brooklyn. I like the Staten Island Vibe. My wife, Oksana and I recently moved from Brooklyn to our home on the North shore. The block we moved to is new, young and friendly.
Fitness played an important role in deciding that this would be the best place to raise our family. Staten Island has more parks to enjoy and keep fit than anywhere. The island has many activities to offer for our daughter as well, with her favorite being ballet. We love the outdoors, do hikes and go camping often and love to travel also. I have always been in sales, selling valuable accessories on the upper west side, medical supplies in Dyker Heights/Bensonhurst/Gravesend and then construction materials to builders and contractors in Staten Island when I learned management.
Since starting in real estate I have been able to close on both the Brooklyn and Staten Island markets which I credit to my life experience in these neighborhoods. I am dedicated and ready to help you explore the possibilities in finding your new home. You have stopped at the right place.
Born in Uzbekistan, Tashkent, I came to America when I was a little girl. Having lived and grow up in Bensonhurst & Coney Island in Brooklyn, I have gained a lot of a lot knowledge in the communities and more parts of Brooklyn.
Once I got married to my husband, Rashid, we moved to Staten Island on the North shore. We made our decision to live in Staten Island because to us it felt more family-like neighborhoods. There were more parks and more activities to do all around Staten Island! As a mother, I wanted to raise my kids in great neighborhoods like Staten Island’s, where you’ll find a lot more for your kids to enjoy.. like sports, dancing, singing, and much more!
I am experience in the medical field & paralegal where I spent more of my days off when not doing Real Estate transactions. I have learned to help people in those fields as well as helping anyone relocating, first time home buyers & anyone also that wants to sell their home!
